Straight answers
What does made to order mean?
Nothing is printed until you order. After checkout, your shirt or cap goes to a US print facility, gets decorated in your color and size, and ships straight to you. That is why we can offer hundreds of club and seasonal designs without stocking any of them.
How long does an order take?
Plan on about 3 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days in transit. Your order page updates with tracking as soon as it ships.
What is the difference between performance and cotton shirts?
Performance shirts are lightweight, moisture-wicking polyester built for long rallies in the sun. Cotton shirts are softer and more relaxed, a better fit for off-court days. Every design comes in both unless a listing says otherwise.
How are the hats decorated?
Caps are embroidered, not printed, so the design stays crisp and does not crack. Each cap has an adjustable back and fits most heads. Women's small-fit caps are available on most designs.
Can I get shirts for my whole club?
Yes. Send us your club name, rough headcount and any artwork, and we will set up a private shop or a one-off collection. Start on the Outfit your club page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for sizing or color preference. If something arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, contact us and we will make it right.
